This 33 year old female presented to Orange County Plastic Surgery for arm lift and body lift surgery after gastric bypass. On examination, the patient was found to have significant arm tissue laxity and excess. The patient underwent an extended arm lift as well as a total body lift. Post-operative arm lift pictures are taken at 1 year.
