This 53 year old patient presented to Orange County Plastic Surgery with a request to undergo an arm liftprocedure after losing 110 pounds through gastric bypass surgery. On examination, the patient was found to have significant arm tissue laxity as well as arm pit sagging. The patient underwent an L-brachioplasty surgery. Post-operative arm lift pictures are taken at 6 weeks.
