This 48 year old male presented to Orange County Plastic Surgery for correction of his arm defect after an accident that resulted in the rupture of his right arm biceps muscle. Despite the reconstructive procedure that he had after his accident, the patient remained with a depression of his right arm. The patient underwent liposuction of his love-handles with fat transfer to the depressed area. Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months after the fat transfer procedure.
